As a guitarist and teacher, I've tried to avoid that, and instead hope that GH will inspire a new generation of guitarists. I teach lead guitar with free lessons on youtube and my vids get hundreds of thousands of views, so there seems to be quite a few guitarists still trying to learn guitar out there.
