The singer, who told an Australian television show that he wanted to be a hockey player growing up, has lofty goals for himself – he eventually wants to own the Vancouver Canucks NHL hockey team: “My goal, and it might be a ridiculously silly goal, is that I would love to own the Canucks one day as well. I have a lot of work to do but, you know, you dream, right? You set ’em high and if you don’t make it, you still land pretty close to where you want. This is a huge start for me.”

I think it’s really exciting when someone gets to do something they’ve wanted for their whole lives.  He may not ever be a hockey player but he can sing the national anthem at the games of the team he owns!  That’s pretty awesome!

Are you a Michael Bublé fan?  It’s hard not to love him – those eyes, those lips and that voice that sounds like it was dipped in honey.  I love his jazz-infused vocals and they are even better set to holiday classics. 

On his Christmas EP, Let it Snow, he tackles some of my very favourites including the title track, "Let it Snow," "The Christmas Song," "Grown-Up Christmas," "I’ll Be Home For Christmas" and "White Christmas."

Celebrate Christmas with Michael Bublé, one of Canada’s smoothest singers.  I certainly plan to!

Michael seems to be taking it in stride.  Of being chosen for the cover, he said "I don’t see myself as someone who’s as important as Trudeau or as prolific as Wayne Gretzky."

Is it the crooner’s pouty lips?  His impish grin?  Maybe those soulful eyes?  Could be all of the above since the issue honors the "Men We Love."  Sounds great already!

So, does Michael subscribe to Chatelaine?  "I’m not a big magazine guy" he admits, so I’m guess that’s a "no."

Canadian crooner, Michael Bublé, has split from his longtime girlfriend, Emily Blunt, who you may know best from The Devil Wears Prada.  I have to admit that I thought they would have split up by now, especially after that girl came forward with those naked pictures of him last year but, apparently, they stuck it out – until now.

CTV’s celebrity gossip news source, eTalk, were the first to score pictures of Michael with a new woman – a beautiful brunette in Vancouver.

His publicist Liz Rosenberg confirmed the split but added that “they remain friends.”
