Buffalo Theory MTL signed to Galy Records

Montreal Rock/Metal band  BUFFALO THEORY MTL has recently signed to Galy Records.  The band recorded their debut album Heavy Ride in early 2012 at studio le Plateau in Quebec.  The album is set for release on May 1st, 2012 and was mixed and mastered by  Dan Lagacé (Grim Skunk, Anvil). The band has a sound that is similar to Priestess, Down and High on Fire. In a comment, the band said:  “The band is proud to be a part of the Galy Records family. Some of us have been on the Galy roster before with other bands so it’s kind of like coming home. It will be a great honor and a pleasure to work together on promoting this release. 2012 will be a great year for us!” The band features current members of Les Ekorchés and ex-members of Ghoulunatics and Arseniq33. The band will also be releasing a music video for the track “Du Metal” in the coming weeks.
